Special Prize: Crystal Claret Jug for most points in Wine Section
Wine Rules:
Bottles: Wine should be exhibited in clear, punted bottles of 750ml capacity, filled to leave an air-space of between 4 and 4".
Corks: These should be of plastic topped cork type - no plastic stoppers or flush fitting corks.
Fruit Spirits/Liqueurs: These should be in clear glass bottles of 370ml, preferably punted, with an air-space of 1/2 to 1".
Labels: Should be of approximately 2" x 2" and fixed so the bottom edge of the label is approximately 1" above the bottom of the bottle. On the label should be only the description of wine according to the schedule.
